<p>We are currently looking for an experienced Looked after children (LAC) social worker to join a stable team in the South of Wales. You will only be assigned LAC cases where working from home is encouraged. You will work closely with foster carers to provide the best support where safeguarding and promoting the well being of vulnerable children. </p>

<p>Furthermore, you will be building positive relationships with children ensuring their voices are heard ad advocating their best interests. Finally, developing and managing care plans tailored to meet the individuals needs of children in care. </p>
