Safeguarding Social Worker – South Coast £42 per Hour + £150 Weekly Accommodation Bonus Flexible Hybrid Working | Low Caseloads | 6-Month Minimum Contract

Are you an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker looking for a role with manageable caseloads, flexible working arrangements, and strong management support?

We're currently working with a well-regarded South Coast local authority that is actively recruiting experienced Social Workers into its Safeguarding Service. The authority is committed to keeping caseloads as low as possible, allowing practitioners to focus on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

The Role

You will be responsible for safeguarding children and supporting families through:

  • Child in Need (CIN) work
  • Child Protection (CP) planning and intervention
  • Long-term safeguarding and support
  • Multi-agency partnership working
  • Assessments and care planning

Court work is minimal, allowing you to focus on direct practice and relationship-based social work.

  • Qualified Social Worker
