This is not a per-assessment role. You will be paid £65 per hour and work as part of the wider clinical team, with regular capacity, MDT input and ongoing involvement in the pathway. The work will include: ADHD and autism diagnostic assessments across CYP and adult pathways. Developmental and clinical history taking, differential considerations and functional impact. Locum Out of Hours Prescriber

Locum Out of Hours ACP / Paramedic Practitioner / Prescribing Pharmacist   £40–£55 per hour | West Midlands | Saturday shifts If you enjoy autonomous practice and want occasional out-of-hours work where your clinical judgement is genuinely relied upon, this is a good opportunity to support patients across community hospital settings.   The service provides out-of-hours clinical cover for adult inpatients receiving rehabilitation, intermediate care, sub-acute, palliative and step-up care. You will support nursing teams with assessment, treatment decisions, prescribing where within scope, escalation planning and advice.   It is a varied role rather than a traditional clinic list. Presentations can include acute deterioration, pain, falls, frailty and sub-acute illness, with a mixture of telephone advice, remote review and face-to-face assessment depending on clinical need.   Why consider it? £40–£55 per hour, depending on experience and professional background. The Role You will be part of a multidisciplinary service, working with families and other professionals to understand each child’s needs and reach clear, evidence-based outcomes. The role will include: Completing structured autism assessments for children and young people. Gathering information from parents, schools and other professionals. Reviewing developmental history and clinical information. Working with the wider MDT to support diagnostic decisions. Writing clear, professional and neurodiversity-affirming reports. Discussing assessment outcomes with families in a sensitive and accessible way. What We're Looking For You should have: Current NMC, HCPC or another relevant professional registration. Autism Assessor - ADOS

ADOS Assessor | £180 per assessment | Flexible Remote Working | Consistent Caseload  We are looking for experienced ADOS-2 Assessors to support a busy neurodevelopmental service delivering autism diagnostic assessments. This is a flexible opportunity for qualified clinicians who are looking to take on ongoing ADOS assessment work, with a choice of remote, hybrid and face-to-face delivery. What you'll be doing Deliver ADOS-2 assessments within an established autism diagnostic pathway. Complete assessments to a high clinical and professional standard. Record and document assessment findings clearly and accurately. Work alongside a wider multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Allied Health Professionals. Contribute relevant ADOS findings to the overall diagnostic formulation. Attend relevant supervision, team meetings and clinical governance activity. Maintain appropriate clinical standards across remote and face-to-face assessments. Who we're looking for You'll need to be a suitably qualified and registered clinician, with demonstrable experience completing ADOS assessments. Essential: Professional qualification as a Clinical Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist (RMNs also considered). Current HCPC or NMC registration. ADOS-2 training and certification. Recent ADOS reliability testing. At least 6 months' relevant neurodevelopmental/autism assessment experience. Experience completing ADOS assessments independently. Ability to work across remote and/or face-to-face assessment settings. We are working with a clinician-led healthcare provider looking for a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead to oversee ASD and ADHD services across both adult and children’s pathways. This is a senior role with a strong focus on clinical quality, governance and service improvement, while still allowing time for complex clinical work. What you’ll be doing Provide clinical and operational leadership across ASD and ADHD services. Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Oversee safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists and service performance. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.
