Shape high-quality community complex care services as a Clinical Lead, overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 10 complex care packages across Norfolk. The majority of packages support adults and young adults, with 4 paediatric packages, so the successful candidate must be clinically competent and confident across both adult and paediatric complex care. You will also receive 45p per mile for business mileage.
As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own homes, working closely with families, case managers, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams. The role combines clinical leadership, assessments, governance, staff competency, package management and service development within an established community complex care provider.

About the Company
This confidential opportunity is with an established, nurse-led community complex care provider supporting adults, young adults and children with complex healthcare needs within their own homes.
The Norfolk service currently supports approximately 10 complex care packages, with the majority supporting adults and young adults alongside 4 paediatric packages. The organisation has an established management and clinical structure and places a strong emphasis on safe, person-centred and clinically robust care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight of approximately 10 adult and paediatric complex care packages across Norfolk.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and structured package reviews.
• Support the mobilisation and ongoing management of complex community care packages.
• Deliver clinical training, supervision and competency sign-off for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
• Work closely with families, case managers, commissioners, ICBs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead on safeguarding, clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement as the Clinical Lead.
• Ensure packages remain clinically safe, well staffed and compliant with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Support service development and the continued growth of the Norfolk operation.
About You
• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Strong UK community complex care or homecare nursing experience
• Clinically competent across both adult and paediatric complex care
• Recent experience supporting high-acuity needs such as tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral feeding, seizure management and other complex interventions
• Strong assessment, care planning, clinical governance and competency sign-off experience
• Previous senior nurse or Clinical Lead experience within community complex care is highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across Norfolk
