As a Staff Nurse you will:

Make safe and effective clinical decisions.
Assess residents and develop personalised care plans.
Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, dressings and management of clinical conditions.
Build strong and trusting relationships with residents, relatives and the wider care team.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.

About you:

Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.
