My career in health and social care began long before recruitment. I started as a Healthcare Assistant in domiciliary care and quickly progressed into management, spending 10 years as a Domiciliary Care Manager for a large provider. This hands-on operational background means I genuinely understand the challenges my clients face and can relate to candidates because I've been in their shoes. After moving into recruitment, I've spent my entire career helping care providers secure outstanding leadership talent.
Throughout my journey, I've been recognised for my performance and commitment to excellence. I was awarded Manager of the Year for two consecutive years and became the first person within my company to successfully build a temporary nursing desk from scratch while simultaneously managing a high-performing permanent recruitment desk.
