I specialise in Children's Social Work and Children's Residential sectors, supporting organisations across Wales, the Islands and the South of England with permanent and interim appointments. I also recruit across the West and East Midlands, helping children's residential providers attract and retain talented professionals at all levels.
With four years' recruitment experience, I've spent my career working across specialist markets, including two years recruiting within the Life Sciences and Technology sectors before moving into social care. Recruitment appealed to me because of the opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives, helping candidates secure career-changing opportunities while supporting organisations to find the talent they need to deliver outstanding services.
I work closely with local authorities, fostering services, residential providers and social care organisations, recruiting for a wide range of positions across Children's Social Work and Children's Residential Care.
