With four years' recruitment experience, I began my career recruiting within the Life Sciences and Technology sector before moving into social care, where I've spent the last two years specialising in Children's Services. I was drawn to recruitment by the opportunity to help people secure life-changing career opportunities while working within sectors that make a genuine difference to people's lives.
