I specialise in senior and executive recruitment across the elderly care and adult social care sectors, supporting providers nationwide with permanent and interim leadership appointments. As Divisional Manager at Leaders in Care, I lead our Senior and Executive Recruitment division, managing specialist teams that support organisations across the UK with appointments ranging from Registered Managers and Heads of Operations through to Regional Directors, Operations Directors and C-suite leaders.
Since starting my recruitment career as a graduate in 2018, I've worked across multiple markets and gained experience both in the UK and overseas. One of the things that attracted me to recruitment was the opportunity to build a career based on performance, ambition and relationships. That experience has shaped my approach to leadership, helping both clients and my team achieve long-term success.
The adult social care sector continues to face significant workforce, operational and financial challenges. Working closely with providers gives me valuable insight into those pressures and the impact strong leadership can have on service quality, organisational performance and outcomes for the people receiving care. Supporting organisations to identify and secure exceptional leaders during periods of growth, change and transformation is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
I'm passionate about staying connected to the sector and regularly attend industry events, including Care Leaders Network and Championing Social Care, as well as fundraising events that support the wider care community. I also actively attend recruitment industry conferences and leadership events to stay ahead of emerging trends, ensuring both my clients and team benefit from the latest thinking, innovation and best practice.
