As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care for clients.
Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
Complete and maintain client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medications and document according to guidelines.
Uphold integrity in dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
