The Community Case Manager (RMN) will:
Provide clinical leadership to frontline staff.
Lead infection control protocols and manage communicable diseases.
Respond to staff, service users, and stakeholders regarding clinical standards.
Guide staff in maintaining clinical and non-clinical care standards.
Implement improvements to meet and exceed CQC standards.
Plan care delivery beyond support worker capabilities.
Educate service users towards autonomy and independence.

The ideal Community Case Manager (RMN) will have:
A Registered Mental Health Qualification and valid NMC Pin.
Leadership and Management Qualification.
Extensive knowledge of clinical governance and CQC standards.
Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating care.
Understanding of health and social care legislation and policies.
Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance.
Skills in mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff.
