Looking for a nursing role that offers more autonomy, better work-life balance and the chance to spend quality time with your patients?

I’m recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a leading specialist healthcare provider, supporting adults in their own homes across Milton Keynes and wider Buckinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RGN looking to move away from the pressures of a busy ward while continuing to deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care.

What’s on Offer?

  • Salary up to £39,000 DOE
  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage
  • Monday–Friday working pattern
  • No nights or regular weekends
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Option to purchase additional annual leave
  • Paid NMC registration
  • Company pension
  • Mobile phone and tablet
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing clinical development
  • Strong clinical leadership and governance support

The Role

Working independently in the community, you’ll manage your own caseload while receiving support from an experienced multidisciplinary and clinical leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing holistic clinical assessments
  • Developing and reviewing personalised care plans
  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
  • Monitoring patients and responding to changes in their condition
  • Supporting and educating patients, families and carers
  • Liaising with GPs and wider multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of clinical governance

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Adult nursing experience within a hospital or community setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
  • Full UK driving licence
