Meaningful Community Care | Small Caseloads | Monday to Friday Working | Structured Clinical Support
Delivering truly personalised care is difficult when you're managing volume. As a Community Paediatric Nurse, you'll have the time, autonomy, and clinical support to focus on what matters most: helping children and families receive outstanding care in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you're currently working as an RSCN, Children's Nurse, Paediatric Nurse, or Paediatric Community Nurse, this opportunity offers a genuine alternative to busy ward environments while maintaining high clinical standards.
This Community Paediatric Nurse role combines specialist clinical work with an exceptional work-life balance. You'll manage a small caseload, build meaningful relationships with families, and be supported by a well-established clinical team that prioritises quality care over targets and volume.

  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance.
  • Monday to Friday working with no nights or weekends.
