As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own area while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality, supporting care professionals, and building lasting relationships with clients, helping to deliver safe, person-centred care across the region.
Package & Benefits
• Salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday working hours.
• Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for business travel.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support complex community care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery across Devon and Cornwall.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care experiences.
• Monitor service quality through spot checks, care reviews, audits, and regular engagement with care professionals.
• Work collaboratively with recruitment, scheduling, compliance, and clinical teams to support service growth, successful package mobilisation, and continuous improvement.
About You
• Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Community Care Lead, Care Manager, Complex Care Supervisor, or a similar role within domiciliary or complex care services.
• Experience coordinating community care packages and working with clients who have complex healthcare needs.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall.
