As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium sized nursing home
• Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
• Managing budgets and financial plans
• Building the occupancy through private residents and marketing the home to the public
• Leading and managing the staff
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulation

The ideal person for the Home Manager role should have

• A Nursing Qualification (Desirable)
• Background working in the luxury care home setting
• At least 3 years of management experience in a Nursing Home
• A track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
