The Opportunity

As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, while creating an environment where residents and staff can truly thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to the care and nursing teams
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
• Drive high-quality, person-centred care outcomes for all residents
• Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated, skilled workforce
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable operations
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
• Lead on inspections and continuously improve service quality ratings

About You

• Experienced Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
• Nursing qualification with active registration (desirable/required depending on service)
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
• Proven leadership ability with a compassionate, people-focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving continuous improvement
