Mental Health Nurse

We're working with a well-respected mental health service that supports children and young people, and they’re looking for compassionate and motivated RMNs to join their growing team.

Newly qualified nurses are very welcome to apply. Full training will be provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills in this specialist area.

What the role involves:

• Delivering thoughtful, person-centred care to young people
• Acting as a key worker and contributing to care planning and reviews
• Working closely with families, therapists, and the wider clinical team
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment where patients feel supported
• Advocating for young people, ensuring their voices are heard

What they're looking for:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or final-year nursing student eligible for NMC registration
• Someone with a genuine passion for working with young people
• Experience in the inpatient mental health, or similar settings is welcome but not essential - full training and support will be provided
