The Regional Registered Nurse will:
Deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring quality care delivery.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in their care.
Oversee personalised care plans and maintain accurate records.
Support the Deputy and Home Manager in upholding professional standards.
Provide coaching and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
Manage daily rotas and delegate workloads effectively.
Conduct quality audits of care plans and build relationships with external professionals.
