This Regional Registered Nurse role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £56,000 per year, along with a host of benefits. The Regional Registered Nurse will:

Deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring quality care delivery.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in their care.
Oversee personalised care plans and maintain accurate records.
Support the Deputy and Home Manager in upholding professional standards.
Provide coaching and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
Manage daily rotas and delegate workloads effectively.
Conduct quality audits of care plans and build relationships with external professionals.

The ideal candidate for the Regional Registered Nurse position will:

Have experience in elderly care and hold a valid nursing PIN.
Be confident, flexible, and professional in appearance and manner.
Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team.
Be skilled in prioritising and managing emergency situations.
Possess a full driving licence and have access to a car for travel between care homes.
Flexible to work days and nights
