This exciting role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal Manager will have:

 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within social care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of social care regulations and legislation.
  • Experience leading teams supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or ABI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
