As a Registered Manager within complex care, you will take ownership of community packages supporting adults and children with complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and physical conditions.

This is a role for an experienced Registered Manager who understands the demands of community-based delivery. You will have the autonomy to influence service delivery, support growth, and build strong relationships across the healthcare system while maintaining high clinical and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold full CQC registration and maintain compliance across community services
• Oversee complex care packages including care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance
• Manage and support carers and nurses delivering care in the community
• Build relationships with commissioners, case managers, and MDTs while supporting service growth

About You

• Previous experience in a complex community care management role
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
• Experience managing and growing community-based care packages
