Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated staff team.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and achieve positive outcomes for people using the service.

  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion, and recovery-focused care.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, recovery-focused care.
  • The ability to lead a new service with enthusiasm, resilience, and professionalism.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to lead and shape a brand-new service from its opening.
  • Supportive senior leadership team.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation.
  • A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to people's lives.
