What We’re LookingFor:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN

• Extensive experience in adult complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring Nurse Managers and HCAs

• Strong clinical governance knowledge and ability to oversee care quality

• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills

• Experience working with CHC nurses, CCG commissioners, and external partners

• Full UK driving license is essential
   

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of Adult Nurse Managers, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care

• Lead clinical governance and quality assurance, driving improvements across community care packages

• Manage complex cases, including risk assessment, care planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination

• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to develop staff expertise

• Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including commissioners and NHS partners

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
