A respected UK children’s charity is seeking a compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join its service, providing expert care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions—both within the hospice and across South East London.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, family-centered care. From respite and symptom management to end-of-life support, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This role is split between working onsite at the hospice and as part of a community outreach team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care within the hospice
Manage a caseload and lead on individualised care plans in the community
Deliver respite, symptom control, and end-of-life care
Mentor junior staff and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Provide flexible support across hospice and community settings
What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £52,000 (DOE)

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD) with paediatric experience
Skilled in tracheostomy and ventilation care
Confident managing complex needs and leading care delivery
Full UK driving licence required
