Are you currently seeking a big change and open to relocating for an agency post?

At Leaders in Care, we are currently working with a highly regarded council in the Channel Islands, known for its supportive culture and positive feedback from social workers. They are seeking an experienced Children with Disabilities Social Worker to join their team as an Advanced Social Worker, offering an excellent hourly rate of £46.50 per hour.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a council that is genuinely committed to creating a supportive environment for its social workers. You will benefit from flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your diary and workload effectively, alongside a hybrid working model—giving you the chance to enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer.

You will hold a protected and manageable caseload working with children and young people with disabilities and their families. The role will also include some senior and management responsibilities, helping you to continue developing your leadership experience and progress your career.

Further benefits include:

  • Excellent rate of £46.50 per hour

  • Paid travel at the beginning and end of your contract

Our strong relationship with this council means we will be on hand throughout the process to provide support whenever you need it. We want to ensure you feel happy, supported, and valued in your next role.

As this is a statutory position, you will need a recognised Social Work qualification and active registration with Social Work England.
