What You'll Be Doing:

 

Supporting adults affected by drug and alcohol misuse through strengths-based assessments and interventions Managing a varied caseload, creating tailored support plans that promote recovery and independence Working closely with healthcare professionals, housing providers, probation services, and other partner agencies Completing risk assessments and safeguarding interventions where required Building positive relationships with service users, empowering them to achieve their recovery goals Contributing to multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated, person-centred support Promoting long-term wellbeing through effective care planning and regular reviews   What's On Offer:

What We're Looking For:

 

Qualified Social Worker Current registration with Social Work England (SWE) Experience working within Adult Social Care, Substance Misuse, Mental Health, or a related service Confident in completing assessments, care planning, and risk management Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and person-centred practice Evidence of continued professional development Full UK driving licence
