The role

 

You’ll provide person-centred social work support to individuals with mental health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, outcome-focused care. What you’ll need

 

• Social Work qualification
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Experience supporting adults with mental health needs
• Strong communication and partnership-working skills
