As Associate Director for Contract at Leaders in Care and a member of the Board of Directors, I lead specialist recruitment teams across:
- Adult Social Work.
- Children's Social Work.
- Educational Psychology.
- SEND.
- Mental Health.
- Psychological Therapies.
Working with local authorities, public sector organisations and specialist providers across the UK, my focus is on helping services secure experienced professionals while building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
I've worked in recruitment since 2015, moving into public sector social care recruitment in 2017 before joining Leaders in Care in 2020. Alongside leading our contract divisions, helping organisations access high-quality recruitment solutions through established public sector partnerships.
I'm passionate about supporting professional development across the sector and help shape our CPD webinar programme, working alongside industry experts to deliver valuable learning opportunities for candidates. I also maintain close relationships with organisations including Community Care and Hopeful Disruptors, helping our teams stay connected to the challenges and opportunities facing social care professionals today.
Throughout my career, I've been recognised as Manager of the Year, while leading teams awarded Team of the Year.
I believe recruitment in health and social care should be driven by quality, not volume, because the right professionals can make a lasting difference to services, teams and the people they support.
