As Marketing Manager at Leaders in Care, I work with employers and professionals across social work, educational psychology, neurodiversity, healthcare and social care. With more than 10 years' experience in marketing, I develop multi-channel campaigns that support workforce attraction, employer branding and business growth, while building long-term partnerships across the sectors we serve.
I'm passionate about creating value beyond recruitment. I regularly host free CPD webinars alongside industry-leading professionals, bringing together experts to share knowledge, tackle sector challenges and support the development of future professionals. I also work closely with clients on projects such as retention surveys, employer branding initiatives and website visibility audits to help them strengthen their workforce and attract talent.
I joined the sector to help challenge outdated perceptions of recruitment and demonstrate the impact that ethical, relationship-led partnerships can have on organisations, professionals and the people they support.
Outside of work, I'm a passionate advocate for social care and mental health awareness. Since joining the business, I became an Ambassador for Championing Social Care and have taken part in the 2025 Great British Care Cycle Relay, cycling 90 miles around York, and have raised more than £2,500 for Mind through various fundraising initiatives.
