Over the past nine years, I've built extensive experience within social work recruitment, partnering with local authorities to secure high-quality professionals across both permanent and agency positions. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in History, I began my recruitment career and have since developed long-standing relationships with social workers and senior leaders across the sector.
Throughout my time at Leaders in Care, I've been recognised with several performance awards and earned multiple promotions, becoming the company's first Partner. One of my proudest achievements was supporting a major restructuring pilot in Merseyside by delivering a team of social workers at short notice, a project that continues successfully today. I was also proud to help establish Leaders in Care as one of the top three social work suppliers across Wales.
