I've been working in recruitment for three years, beginning my career in contract recruitment before moving into healthcare. After recruiting across several healthcare specialisms, I found my niche in senior appointments, partnering with care providers to identify leaders who can make a genuine impact on services and the people they support.
What I enjoy most about this sector is the people. Adult social care is one of the most demanding industries to work in, yet every candidate I speak to demonstrates an incredible level of passion, resilience and pride in the work they do. Throughout my career, I've progressed from Trainee Consultant to Senior Consultant in just three years and am now working towards my next promotion to Principal Consultant. I'm passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, taking a consultative approach that focuses on understanding their goals and delivering the right long-term fit.
