I enjoy working on the roles that are often the hardest to fill. Whether it's a niche clinical position, a specialist healthcare service or a challenging leadership appointment, I take pride in finding the right people for the right environments and helping organisations build high-performing teams.
As a self-confessed people person, recruitment was a natural fit for me. I believe the best results come from building genuine relationships, listening carefully and understanding what both candidates and employers are looking for. Over the years, I've supported healthcare providers through periods of growth, helping them build and strengthen teams across community care, complex care, cancer services, mental health and other specialist healthcare settings. Alongside individual appointments, I regularly support organisations with retained recruitment campaigns and multi-hire projects, helping providers scale services, launch new provisions and build clinical teams in challenging recruitment markets.
Healthcare is also a sector that's close to home. With family members working in healthcare, I have a real appreciation of the pressures clinical teams face and the importance of having the right people in the right roles. It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping healthcare organisations attract and retain exceptional talent.
