Terms and Conditions of the Referral Scheme for Candidate Referrals

The Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd Referral Programme (“the Programme”) allows existing candidates, clients and associates (“the Advisor”) to earn a referral fee (“the Fee”) by introducing candidates seeking employment (“the Candidate”) with the aim of placing them in a new permanent or contract position with a partner client (“the Client”) of Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd (“the Company”).

To participate, Advisors must agree to these terms.

How to Earn a Referral Fee

Advisors can earn a Fee of up to £500 if the referred Candidate registers with the Company and is successfully placed in a permanent or contract position within 12 months of the introduction (“the Introduction”) made by the Advisor, subject to the following conditions:

a) The Candidate must not have been engaged in any recruitment process with the Company in the 12 months prior to the Introduction.

b) The Candidate must not have been registered as a Candidate or identified as a potential Client with the Company in the 12 months prior to the Introduction.

c) The Introduction must be evidenced by an email or letter sent to the Company at the time of the Introduction, or within 3 working days, by the Advisor and copying in the Candidate.

d) Any placed Candidate must remain in employment with the Client for the full rebate period stated in the agreement between the Company and the Client. For contract or temporary hires, the Candidate must complete a minimum of 9 full weeks on assignment with the Client and submit valid, authorised timesheets or equivalent proof of work.

e) The Client must have paid all invoices due in line with the agreed terms between the Company and the Client.

f) The referral Fee is payable only on the first placement of the referred Candidate.

 

How to Claim a Referral Fee

Advisors must submit a valid invoice to the Company within 10 working days of all conditions being met. The invoice must identify the Candidate and include compliant evidence of the Introduction.

In the event of a dispute regarding the validity of a claim for a referral Fee, the final decision rests with the Managing Director of Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd.

The Advisor is solely responsible for any tax consequences arising from payment of the referral Fee.

Valid invoices will be paid by the Company within 30 days.

 

Other Conditions

Advisors are prohibited from directly marketing the services of Leaders in Care to any third party with whom they have no existing business association. Advisors warrant that any referral of a Candidate is made in good faith and that the Candidate has a genuine interest in the services of the Company.

Advisors must not represent themselves as employees or agents of the Company, nor make commitments or undertakings on behalf of the Company.

Nothing in this agreement obliges the Company to accept or act on any instruction from any party.

 

Updates to the Terms

The Company may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated to Advisors. Continued participation in the Programme after modifications will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Eligible Fees

• For all permanent roles under £60,000 - £250 per referral
• For Social Work, Educational Psychology & Neurodiversity roles  (contract positions) – £500 per referral
• For all permanent roles over £60,000 – £500 per referral
