What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll play a key role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable adults, helping them live safely and independently.
• Carry out person-centred assessments to understand each individual’s situation and goals.
• Work alongside adults, carers, and partner agencies to create practical support plans.
• Manage complex cases with compassion and confidence.
• Use your professional judgment to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
