Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
  • Recruit, retain, and manage a sufficient workforce to meet care package demand.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee audits, documentation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within domiciliary care.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Experience managing budgets, performance, and service growth in a regulated environment.
