Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
Recruit, retain, and manage a sufficient workforce to meet care package demand.
Maintain high standards of quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee audits, documentation, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within domiciliary care.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
Experience managing budgets, performance, and service growth in a regulated environment.
