What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience within children’s residential care (e.g. Registered Managers, RI, Operations, or senior leadership roles)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
• A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
