This Clinical Services Manager position is ideal for someone stepping up from Ward Manager level or an experienced Clinical Services Manager seeking broader responsibility across a service. You’ll play a key role in driving standards, developing teams, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will:
• Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service
• Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels
• Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement
• Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals
• £55,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
• 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, plus birthday off and option to buy more

You will be joining a specialist mental health provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. The service offers a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment with a strong focus on recovery and outcomes.
• Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience as a Ward Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background within mental health or specialist services
• Experience in clinical governance, audits, and regulatory compliance
