As a Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will:

 

• Oversee the management and development of quality services for young people.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain a behavioural framework within the home.
• Provide effective leadership and promote team development.
• Manage staff resources and ensure effective communication strategies.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor and evaluate service quality and performance standards.
