About the Company

This service provides therapeutic residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The focus is on small, stable homes that prioritise consistency, structure, and trauma-informed practice. Teams are supported to deliver high-quality care in a calm and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, trauma-informed care to children and young people in a residential setting.
• Support emotional development, daily routines, and independence-building activities.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and therapeutic home environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain stability and positive outcomes.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Residential Support Worker or Residential Childcare Worker.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children or young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
