About the Company

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of students with complex speech, language, and communication needs
Embed communication strategies across curriculum pathways and residential settings
Contribute to assessments, intake planning, and transition processes
Deliver both generic and individualised communication training to students and staff
About You
Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with experience supporting individuals with complex needs
Experience designing and implementing communication strategies within education or care settings
Confidence delivering training and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
