About the Company
You will be joining a purpose-built, private residential healthcare provider specialising in addiction treatment. The service is CQC rated Good and delivers structured, abstinence-based programmes within a high-quality clinical environment supported by experienced senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and take accountability for safe, effective clinical care delivery.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care plans, including detox support.
  • Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and RCN guidance, including controlled drugs where required.
  • Monitor physical health using clinical skills such as venepuncture, ECG and NEWS2, escalating concerns appropriately.
About You
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
  • Experience writing and managing care plans within a regulated healthcare setting.
