Taya is part of our board of Directors and leads organisational development, business transformation, technology adoption, and people strategy across both businesses, with a particular focus on using AI and digital solutions to improve performance, productivity and employee experience.
With more than 10 years' experience in recruitment and a previous 17-year career in hospitality management spanning food, beverage and events, Taya combines commercial acumen with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Her recruitment background includes temporary hospitality recruitment, permanent commercial sales and contact centre recruitment, and specialist nursing recruitment before progressing into senior leadership roles.
Taya works closely with leaders across health and social care to develop high-performing teams, streamline processes, and build scalable, future-ready organisations. She has led numerous organisational development initiatives, technology implementations, AI integration projects, learning and development programmes, and culture improvement strategies that have supported business growth and operational excellence.
